What a perfect getaway! 10 adult 3 kids, Friendsgiving 2025! We rented all 3 cabins and everyone was comfortable. Kitchens had everything we needed and more. We had a huge space to play kickball and soccer games. Hammocks and firepit was nice, but darn we could enjoy it one night cause we got lucky and had SNOW! Shower/towel amenities were a plus, and surprisingly we never had a cold shower. Great communication with the owners! We can’t wait to revisit next year! A++++++

Our stay at the The Lodges in Forest Lakes, Arizona was nothing short of magical. Mornings were spent sipping coffee on the deck while watching elk wander nearby, and our afternoons were filled with hiking, fishing at nearby Woods Canyon Lake, and just exploring the incredible scenery around Forest Lakes. At night, the stars were unreal—no city lights, just a sky full of constellations. Whether you're looking for adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both, this cabin is the perfect base. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend for couples, families, or anyone needing a real retreat in nature.

We had the most amazing experience at The Lodges! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting and the attention to detail in the cabins. Everything was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared — from the plush bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. Waking up to the sound of the wind through the trees and sipping coffee on the porch was pure magic. The location is perfect for hiking, wildlife spotting, and just disconnecting from the hustle of daily life. The owners clearly care deeply about the guest experience — they were warm, responsive, and provided great local tips. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our next trip back. We had such a wonderful stay in the Hideaway Cabin at The Lodges this weekend with my daughter, sister, and niece. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, which made it feel like a perfect little getaway. One of our favorite parts was the big fire pit out back where we all hung out at night and watched the stars together. It was such a relaxing and special experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Best experience, very cozy cabin and a great get away space. Very commutative and accommodating, with tons of amenities! Loved the Hammocks to relax and enjoy the nicer weather up from the valley! They also have some Merch which is very quality and love to support them. Definitely will stay here, and recommend again!

What a wonderful quick getaway! The cabins are charming . Perfect for little kids and dog . We had a great time and will be back soon. The host is super responsive & attentive. Will stay again soon.

We had a great time staying here. We had the middle cabin, came with almost anything we needed. The cabin is a minute off the highway for easy access into Payson, this is perfect for a weekend getaway or a family get together. You can tell how much the owners care about their guests experience. Highly recommend!

The cabin exceeded our expectations! We stayed in their newest cabin (perfect for 7 people), and it had everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to personal hygiene items. My daughter especially loved the arcade and exploring the natural surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive; when we requested to extend our stay, they approved it immediately. The area is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and will definitely book again!
